Holly is a high-touch Real Estate Advisor and Executive Coach who balances a down-to-earth attitude with backbone and integrity. She works tirelessly to set her clients up for financial success in a fun and stress-free environment. Meagan has been the owner/operator of Saxe Point Day Care, a licensed, group child care facility since 1994. Over the years she has developed the centre into a community-oriented program, due in part to her years on Esquimalt Council (2008 to 2022). Families, young children, and the Esquimalt Community are her passions, and she looks forward to bringing her varied experiences to the Esquimalt Chamber of Commerce.

Jay Smith has worked as a hospitality consultant for the past 10 years in western and eastern Canada, as well as the Caribbean. He specializes is resort development, staff support, training and management.

John is the owner of Fabintel Consulting and has over 20 years of experience in financial systems improvement and reporting. Fabintel Consulting offers custom business intelligence solutions to automate and improve business reporting and analytics. Additionally, John is on the board of the Esquimalt Farmers Market.

James is the owner of Argo Coaching, a boutique executive and leadership coaching business. He has 30 years of leadership experience across a variety of industries. He is passionate about our community and looks forward to helping Esquimalt thrive.

Martin is the Director Submarine Program at Seaspan Victoria Shipyards, and a retired Capt(N) in the Royal Canadian Navy. Martin also served as the Deputy Project Manager for the Canadian Surface Combatant Project, Commander Naval Personnel and Training, and the CO of the Fleet Maintenance Facility. After 35 years in the Navy, Martin worked for General Dynamics in the Halifax Class Combat System In-Service Support Contract and joined Seaspan Shipyards in 2023. Martin is a graduate of the Royal Military College, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Policy & Strategic Studies, and is a graduate of the Australian Joint Command and Staff Programme.

Jamie is the Events Manager and Leasing Coordinator for Fort Properties. He manages the commercial leasing of the organization’s holdings and oversees the operations of the Fort Common event venue in Victoria. In his role Jamie takes a community-first approach to tenant curation and advocates for the support of local businesses. His background includes years of experience in tourism and hospitality, event management and real estate. Jamie is excited to champion businesses in Esquimalt as the Township undergoes an exciting period of growth and evolution.
